Still haven't heard back from the specialized team and issue has been going on for at least 4 days now. I've tried all the options I was given, and sent my game consultant. It would be nice to know why this would be happening considering 4 days ago I was playing just fine and out of no where I hit an infinite load screen and have to alt + f4 and then come back to this. I could really use some help ZoS, I'm losing days on my eso plus, and I can't level or do anything due to this, and it's honestly pretty ridiculous how an error like this can keep me from playing for days on end.

I literally have tried every solution I have found, I have re-installed twice after wiping my files, I turned my router off for 15 minutes and then turned it back on. I have changed my mac address due to the fact that it's not an IP related thing because my bro can play just fine and we're on the same internet. I can't fix this on my own and honestly after doing all of that it's hard to believe that this issue is on my side.
