After the patch on monday my trial dummy that costed 6k crown has vanished into air.
I sent multible mails to game support in game and out of game, but the only response i got this far was:
"Step 1: Check the “junk” tab to see if they were filtered. You may have accidentally flagged your item as “junk”.
Step 2: Disable any add-ons to see if they may be affecting your UI if you are on PC/MAC. Add-ons, by design, interfere with the game’s UI and can sometime cause display issues.
Step 3: Check vendors to confirm that you did not accidentally sell the item.
Step 4: Check your guilds to make sure that you did not deposit the items into a guild bank by accident."
Its a trialdummy! it cannot be in my craftbag or in my guildbank. Are you guys joking?
When paying many k crowns for an item and you guys take it awey and i need to use alott of time to write to the support and just get *** answear back, it is really triggering.
Start to take your costumers more seriusly, it is not accaptable with stupid answears like this and that you dony take your costumers seriusly.
It is time to stopp fooling around and give me my dummy back!
