Combination Proc Sets?

So I haven't played since the end of 2018 because of focusing on college but before then I was having fun with a stam DK running Sheer Venom + Viper's Sting.

I preordered Elsweyr so I've been back having fun with the same build the last couple days but I was wondering if anyone could suggest similar combinations. Utilising alternative sets like Thunderbug Carapace etc.

I usually play DPS and can do all the base game content on vet HM. Most of the DLC on vet. Never really had an interest in trials so not too concerned if the suggestions can't run trials.

Preferably looking for sets that would combine well on a DK or Sorc. Mainly because I have 2 CP 160+ DKs and 2 CP 160+ Sorcs so I can do the stam and magicka sets. But open to other suggestions because I still have available character slots and haven't tried out Warden or Necro yet.

For stam some really good base sets would be hundings rage + Leviathan + stormfist/velidreth (I spelt that wrong someone halp!). That is at least plenty strong to take on ant dungeon content for a stam character especially if you don't have vMA weapons. If you are willing/ wanting to get some gear from trials there are lots of options that pair well together that would work on pretty much any stam character.

Edit: to clarify you should go for Leviathan Jewelry and two body pieces since hundings is crafted and can be easily made in BiS trait and weapon type (2 daggers front bar + bow back bar).

For a stam sorc in particular strength of the automaton is also really strong.

@IonicKai Hundings + Leviathan aren't proc sets but I do love the idea of stacking weapon damage and a whole load of critical. Might work very well on a dunmer/Khajiit stam sorc

It's quite situational but effective when you drop endless hail with those sets on a group at the ram in cyro

@Vietfox I imagine a triple proc + endless hail would make the screen kinda busy with damage numbers?

But despite the radius only being 2.5 - 5 metres, it does look like a hilariously brilliant idea if you can drop it on a crowd like that in cyro.

I run multiple combinations on multiple characters. Mainly DK or Sorc

Valkyn
Savage Werewolf (body)
Sheer Venom (front bar only)
Black rose prison Bow

Engine Guardian
Red Mountain (body)
Unfathomable Darkness( back bar)
VMA battle Axe Woth double Damage poisons

Selene
Eternal Hunt (body)
Prisoners Rags ( back bar)

These are generally my setups for those classes an really like them in PvP. Healing will be low and you’ll be squishy. Not normally a good start to PvP lol.

@Koolio is the damage output still good on some of those sets with the split in CP affecting damage? Like Skoria + Sheer Venom or Red Mountain + Unfathomable darkness?

Valkyn will still do an undodgeable 2.5-4K on most targets. Solid every 6-7 sec

Red mountain needs lots of weapon skills. Still about 4K but can proc every 2 secs. It is also on a delay. So if it procs but they dodge. Most the time they still take it. Get some lucky timing (2 procs then unfathom the dawnbreaker) and it’ll put a hurtin. Most good players it’ll still be a fight.

Woodelf also gives 1500 after a dodge roll.
