About how much mitigation is lost with no cp v. max?
"The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are a popular cultural meme, a metaphor representing the choice between:

Knowledge, freedom, uncertainty and the brutal truths of reality (red pill)
Security, happiness, beauty, and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)"

Insight to Agree to Awesome Ratio = 1:6.04:2.76 as of 1/25/2019

Compared to people that I've ignored = I am 18% more insightful, 20% less agreeable, and 88% more awesome.

Depends on how you spend your cp but you can quickly see for your specific build by going on UESP build editor, making a replica of your live build, and then disable CP to compare in the mitigation tab.

Your mitigation won't be noticeqbly lower. All defensive CPs have their offensive counterparts which your enemies will be missing.

The only loss you will really feel is the 20% stat modifier.

That is not perfectly acurate. You lose block cost reduction, sprinting reduction, dodge roll reduction... Stamina management is harder in no cp. You lose lot of small passives from 30, 75 allocated cp that alone are not much but combined give you bonus. Sustaining is harder too, since you dont have regen cp or tenacity.

The result is in no cp fights are a lot shorter.
