Hakoshae Festival Laurel is bugged

The Hakoshae Festival Laurel is bugged. Despite being listed under 'Major Adornments', it acts as a 'Facial Hair', meaning that it for example will hide a character's beard when equipped. If one specifically selects a certain option under 'Facial Hair' (for example eyelashes), the Laurel will not show up at all.

Khaleesi8688✭✭✭✭Sooo on my dark elf if I equip the laurel and eyelashes the laurel disappears. But if I equip both on my high elf the eyelashes disappear. Doesn't matter which I equip first. How does this make it thru testing lol2

Will it ever be?
Because, there is no way I am going to buy a laurel that removes eyelashes, or that you have to not wear eyelashes to wear/see.
