We have unlock some major regions recently and it is only a matter of time before more of Skyrim is unlocked. I think this would be a perfect opportunity to ad new Vampires and Lycanthropes skill lines to the game. This is my suggestion.
Vampire:
"Volkihar: The Volkihar vampires of eastern Skyrim live under haunted, frozen lakes and only leave their dens to feed. They have the power to freeze their victims with icy breath, and can reach through the ice of their frozen lake dens without breaking the ice. The Volkihar vampires are relatively similar in appearance to those of Cyrodiil and they share some similar powers such as night vision, the ability to turn invisible and the ability to seduce others. Certain Volkihar vampires however appear more monstrous than their Cyrodiilic counterparts- some of them have large brow ridges, slits running through their lips, and bat-like noses, and they have powers which aren't shared by the vampires of Cyrodiil- they can reanimate dead bodies and do not burn when in sunlight (although they are weakened by it). Some of the more ancient Volkihar vampires such as those of the Volkihar Clan Court at Castle Volkihar can even transform themselves into a more monstrous form- the large, winged Vampire Lord form which grants them further powers such as the ability to summon gargoyles."
This would give the vampires a transformative skill line with many skills that could be added to it. One Ultimate could have a Gargoyle pet while the other does more damage, similar to the WW. It can also give them cold damage and feed on blood to stay in form.
Werebear:
"A large form of lycanthrope said to be prominent in northern tundras of Tamriel. Almost thought to be folklore in Nordic cultures. Legend holds that smearing canis root on the trees surrounding one's home wards off werebears. Hunting packs of this strain have been found on the island of Solstheim."
Werebear has been a much sought after Lycanthrope since the early days of Elder Scrolls and it is about time they can get introduced. Instead of being a dps for it can take on a tank for with a roar that can taunt and abilities that assist with tanking such as minor maim and Major Fracture and Breach.
This is just my idea. What do you think? Leave a comment on why you think this would be a bad or good idea below
