Frequent Disconnects, often in clumps, sometimes more than 10 in one hour -- anyone else?

Working closely with Customer Service on this issue, it is starting to look like it might be an ISP issue.
I am in Canada, West Coast. Anyone else in the same region experiencing the same? Are you with one of the major ISP providers or a reseller using their infrastructure?

Also, I tried switching to PC(EU) Server but I'm getting the same, so I think that doesn't do anything. I suspect my data is still stored at the NA datacenter and is still using the same internet paths.

Yes, this has been happening to me for a long time, and by what I see in the forums you have to be an it expert to solve it yourself. It happens randomly, I could be doing a mission like harborage, or fighting and all of a sudden my toon doesn't respond. i can run around, but can't interact with anything, not even the chat. I have died several times from easy mobs because of these disconnects.

BTW, it has nothing to do with my isp, at least my problem. I used to live in Miami Florida and had a different isp and had this same issue.

I also play other games, PUBG, GTAV online, Division 2, Call of Duty Black Ops 4, Apex legends, etc, and this is the only game that disconnects me like that.

I thought that too and am having the same experience. The latest line of inquiry that hasn't been exhausted yet is the tracert result showing I'm getting stuck at one of the internet hops and that needs to be looked at by my ISP reseller's supplier company.

That you geographically moved, and presumably changed your ISP, and yet the problem persists, is additional information that suggests my ISP might not be able to do anything.
