Buff food changes. The impact on no-CP.

The Buff food nerf did not hit the ones it should have hit. But instead it severly hit non-CP players.
For non-CP your sustain is already extremly bad so 2 stat 1 recovery foods were almost a must have.

Its fair to lower the Resource stat to bring it more in par. But lowering the Health pool is too much.
In non-Cp everyone not using special max health gear, points, enchants or mundus is running around with 18k health which is a death sentence in pvp.
For the love of Balance revert at least the health reduction on the buff foods

Dubious Cameron Throne & Witch Mother’s Brew: Reduced the Max Health and Max Resource (Stamina or Magicka) granted by these drinks by approximately 12%. The Recoveries remain unchanged.
Artaeum Takeaway Broth & Clockwork Citrus Filet: Reduced the Max Health and Max Resource granted by these foods by approximately 15%.

    Nope.

The adjustment (not "nerf") was intended to correct an oversight. You are supposed to choose between a higher bump to flat stats or a lower bump to flat and higher recovery.

You are not supposed to have your higher bump to flat stat cake and eat your higher flat stat and recovery, too.

    So make your choice wisely.

This is not necessarily the case at all. The higher stat density was originally intended. It reflected the higher quality level of the food. Now purple and gold food is not necessarily better than blue food, just different. IMO, that is the real oversight.

    Lol. It was a nerf.
What oversight? Those were the food stats for years and years.

    Nope.

If purple and gold food are not necessarily better than blue food ... why did magicka players switch to Double Bloody Mara after Elsweyr dropped?
