Stuck Character help

My character is stuck in a rock, and basically is vibrating/shaking. I looked through previous posts. Typing /stuck didn't work, traveling to wayshrine or another player doesn't work, can't interact with the mob that's right in front of me doesn't work, closing client completely, logging into a different character doesn't work. Trying to go to cyrodil doesn't work. Everything I tried results in me being logged off. Even if I don't do anything I log off in 10-20 secs. Basically been logged off 30 times already. Any other ideas? I can try emailing support but who knows how many days it'll take to get any response.

Thanks! I had to go out but once I get back home I will do that right away. I actually got logged off trying to make a support ticket, so I'll have to do it on a different character I guess

Do the ticket through Online Support ... not in-game.

Finally got an email reply for support! They mentioned typing /stuck, clearly no one actually read my ticket

Unsubbed from plus with one day remaining, won't be subbing again

Ok, that seems like an odd bridge to cross. The initial ticket is always an auto answer. Just escalate it and a human will answer.

Unsubbing because of an auto answer on a support ticket seems like a bit of an over reaction. Unless your real goal was just to let us know that you are unsubbing...

Non an over reaction more of a last straw, dealing with other bugs on a daily basis, mostly BGs not working. I jumped off my teams spawn point in BG yesterday and somehow got wedged in window. /Stuck worked for that.

My initial post had no mention of my sub, it was asking for other ideas and mentioned what already I tried so far, so your comment on my real goal makes absolutely no sense. Unless you didn't read the initial post either.

Actually I read the entire thread up to the point where you made the leap from an auto answer on a support ticket to unsubbing. You never once mentioned any "last straw". People were trying to help get you answers and your leap to *** it, I'm unsubbing caught me as odd.

Try dueling a DK and see if he can pull you to him. Long shot but still. Get a friend or guildie to do it.

If you read the post initially, which I made yesterday, I'm not sure what led you to assume the original intentions of my post.

I've never even created a thread before. But if your sub was expiring tomorrow, and the bug affected the character you wanted to play the most, why would you renew another month until the problem was addressed?

There are plenty of people frustrated with the bugs in this game, but if people keep continuing their subs why would their be any incentive to fix the bugs when it is more profitable to release new content?

I was going to offer one or two suggestions as I have had it happen in the past as well, but now we are back to:

"There are plenty of people frustrated with the bugs in this game, but if people keep continuing their subs why would their be any incentive to fix the bugs when it is more profitable to release new content?"

Thanks I will try that, I'm basically stuck in a rock by the midnight Union in stormhaven. And even though they are a foot from me, while I can select the character and it shows that red outline I can't actually attack them or vice versa

That was in reply to your comment, and the question at the end of my most recent post was a hypothetical one that I'm not asking for answers for. I will edit that post to reflect that. If you have any ideas regarding my initial post I would still appreciate an answer

The first reply on an Online Support Ticket is almost always a canned response, @Muzzick.

I wish I would have mentioned it in my earlier posts.

It’s way better than an in-game bug report ... which you’ll never get a response.

Remember that you’re not the only player in the history of the game that’s had to go through Support to get a character unstuck. It’s a common occurence.

You're absolutely right, I should have thought about this being a common occurrence. Well, now that I know about the initial response, I will be more patient with future bugs. Thanks again!

My friend got this problem one day, the trick was to log on another char and then back on the stuck one
Edit : just saw you already tried this, my bad.
No other idea then, sorry.

Glad you got sorted out. Happened to me once a couple years ago using the bow morph that moves you back. Moved me back through a wall into an inaccessible part of the ship I was fighting on. Since I was still in combat, could not be hurt nor hurt the mob and was well & truly stuck like you were - to include no relief from log out / log in. My panicky help request was my first experience with customer support and they fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Normally though, you do get a very quick computer response that may or may not help. When this has been the case and I reply explaining why the computer response did not help, I've always been helped by a human within another day or two.

I realize some folks have not had great experience with support but, of the 4-6 times I've needed them, they have done a good job for me.

I think what threw me off is that they started their email with:
"The Elder Scrolls Online Team response" They should write somewhere that it's some form of an automated response. It just made me feel like they took a day to respond and in that time didn't even read what I wrote

this happened to my buddy. every time he tried to teleport he got kicked offline and got the "excessive messages" warning. he opened a ticket and the absolute 400iq zos employee told him to stop spamming and didnt fix his character.

i had to aggro a ghost mob close to his character and have it shoot its frontal fear through us to unstick him.

ghosts truly are the most op enemies in the game

My friend in this pic has been stuck in this wall in Icehammer Vault for 5 days now. /stuck doesn't work, porting to wayshrine doesn't work, /reloadui doesn't work. She cannot interact with NPCs attacks. She is booted off game here after 10 seconds everytime she logs onto this character stuck in wall. I have mail ESO Support on website and game. Their response was that they were going to tell someone to fix it and to come to forum and post any pics or videos. It's pretty frustrating that we cannot advance in game because my friend @blueheart43 is stuck. Please fix this bug in that rock wall in Icehammer Vault. I almost got stuck there myself trying to get the npc's to attack her so she could die and resurrect at a wayshrine in Eastmarch. Nothing seems to work!

This is why we need mounts that can carry a second person. Someone could ride up to the rock, which would give him an interaction option and he could jump on the mount.
