They are all over Tamriel. But where to get one? Not crafted, not achievements ( and fishing is not a rowboat). I NEED a few rowboats.

Granted it's not a rowboat either (at least this one is sailless), but you could put two oars on it (a broomstick handle or something) and it would pass for a rowboat maybe?

But yeah... there are several boat models ingame with several different racial styles, and still we don't have them as furnishings. (Same for a ton of tent models, weapon models, instruments, statues, etc... etc...)

Thanks @bluebird . I have seen that, but it's not what I'm looking for. However, you have inspired me to try and create a rowboat from entirely random materials. I'll see what I can come up with and post a pic if I am successful.
