beckoning armor: bugged or just ineffective?

I have been using this beckoning armor morph and it seems to be very inconsistent. Sometimes it seems to work and other times it seems to do nothing. Maybe it's not bugged and it's just ineffective with the timing of being hit vs. the timing of the effect. It seemed like it would be a nice morph maybe for tanking but it just seems bad or broken? I haven't been using it that long so do others have different thoughts?

I use it for soloing and it is very consistent at pulling ranged adds to me. It does have a short cool down between pulls. It also does not pull anything that is just a little bit out of melee range.

I also solo with it and it seems to work fine.

Ive used tanking pledges and works well. It has cooldown and mobs have to atack you with a single target ranged hability to be pulled. Abyway, paired with silver leash makes necro the faster chainer in the game.

Well this is interesting. Maybe it's just me but seems to only work like half the time. Not sure if mobs are out of range or not hitting me with the correct abilities to trigger it or what. I was soloing in a public dungeon last night (so larger than normal groups of mobs) and frequently I would kill all the mobs before it pulled any mobs to me. Other times it would seem to work.

does the pull still pull the mobs in if they're CC immune? Maybe some other abilities are making them CC immune
