DLC pledges

Is Urgarlag the pledge giver broken?
I am on PS4 na and the pledge giver isn't offering me a pledge I just get an option to say goodbye.
Is this a known issue?

Maybe you took pledge before? You can have only one active quest from her

Do you already have one of her quests active? If so, she won’t grant you another one until you’ve deleted the quest from you journal.

No I don't have one, if I had one I think I could turn it in. I am simply not offered one.

She was for a while on PC/NA, then she was fixed(ish). She only handed me WGT for a few days. Now she works again.

Do you recall if she was fixed on a patch day for PC?
I went through PC patch notes and didn't see a mention of it...
On console patches don't occur with the frequency of PC patches, I may be waiting weeks if I have to wait for a patch.

Sorry, I don't remember exactly, but I don't think we had to wait very long. I believe it was fixed before the next regular patch, but I'm not positive.

You can't turn it in if you didn't complete it, did you go through your quest log?

Yes of course I did, but I ran fv yesterday so if I hadn't turned it in that would be my option...
I also swapped toons to one that I had not played in a while dropped all pledges and was only able to pick up non dlc ones...

I am having the same problem on PS4. I don’t have an existing pledge from her either. She tells me to take the undaunted pledge but I did that like 4 years ago! The other two quest givers are no problem.

Exactly the same thing happened after the last patch (probably a coincidence of course... just like the guild and FL crash).
Just wait a day or two.

She was broken yesterday and so is today too apparently.

Guess that consoles are getting the same bug that we got on PC. She seemed to jump Malatar and Frostvault to go straight to WGT.
