I never go above 100 ping. But still, everything feels very delayed. Things I type in chat appear after a minute, I can't even accept friend requests... Zenimax told us to spam the group finder until they fix it so I tried the same for accepting the friend request. Spamming the accept button kicked me out of the game... Even accepting a resurrection feels laggy, there is just a huge lag in everything and I've been playing for years. It wasn't like that.

EDIT: And now my friends list is empty and my guilds are gone...
