I am on PS4/NA, but on a PS4 Pro.
I suspect maybe those who are having worse performance are on PS4 Slim? Can you all confirm this or are you also having these problems on Pro?
I only post this to hopefully help steer the devs toward a solution.
I am on PS4 Pro NA and have constant sound and skill delays of 5-10 seconds. I have attempted all the suggested fixes and nothing has corrected the problem. Very frustrating and not fun to play when you do and hear everything 10 seconds after you actually do it!0
