My response 20hrs later was about the PC EU problems and that they are looking into them. Nothing mentioned about my actual issue.

✭✭✭✭✭Make sure to reply to the robot. If you don't reply, it will auto close the ticket. Usually you get a human after the first robot response.
This and always mention in the ticket what server it is on. Do not assume that submitting it from PC/NA gets the point across.

Yes, I did reply to immediately. Said it was PC NA the second time. I don't think I mentioned it the first time though I mentioned my guild which is having the issue. It didn't seem like they read my ticket at all. They must be way behind and tried to address a bunch of people at once. It's not another 3hrs plus and waiting for a response. Which sucks bc it's kind of an urgent matter for me and my guild. Hopefully they decide to bring in some extra people to help catch up on things.0 -

A computer program reads them the first time and does the first reply. This is designed to both amuse you and present you with the opportunity to give up and wander off. If you reply, only then do they have the opportunity to not read it before they reply.

Nah, it doesn't. CS should actually SERVE.
Now that said, I have had very good interactions with CS in this game. Yes, it did require on occasion "pushing the envelope".
