What would be nice, going off subject here is Elder Scrolls being used somewhere in the storyline rather than being exchanged about in Cyrodiil.1 -

Make them so fearsome, players would run away, when they see a dragon.
Dragons in all areas of tamriel, slaughtering humans and no one can stop them.
