Since I've seen that the Maintenance is over, I try to logg in (that was 25 min ago), but I just get the message: The server is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try logging in later. I see people being online on Discord!! Why am I not allowed to logg in

wasn't laughing at you more that EU is screwed over again, your friends could just be in the login menu and it will say they are playing ESO1 -
