I personally haven't played '76. Is it as bad as Blades?

It wasn't intended to be a realistic article. It's satire. That's what The Onion does.

Humor is based on story/situations where something hilarious and unexpected happens. Stating that Todd will protect FO76 is so obvious so I can't perceive that article as a satire, for me it looked like cheap way to get some extra views on hype of hate for FO76. That's why I called it BS, sorry it's just my opinion.

Honestly I think Fallout 76 is going the same route as ESO, it had a terrible launch but is slowly shaping up to be a decent game. If they can nail the Wastelanders update Fallout 76 may just redeem its self.

Its entirely different game, ESO is huge MMO and there is no comparison b/w these two

Why would the Onion even do something on this subject. It's not an onion anymore, it's a big smelly squash that's been left out for weeks on the editor's table. Stick with politics, that's they seem to be good at.
I saw the entire show and it was a few minutes of honest revealing of what Fallout was...and what it has become (NPCs coming which might get my attention).
