Does someone has any idea why two same level heavy armor has different armor and trait values on them?

Articulemort✭✭✭Because the battle level system or whatever you wanna call it is extremely broken and has been ever since it was introduced. It’s probably similar to this question that’s been bugging me for a while: Why does my level 10 in blue and purple gear hit snipes for 25k+ but once I hit level 50 and wear gold and purple gear I can’t come anywhere close to the 25k+ snipes.0
