What's wrong with templar after Elsweyr realized?

Dear ZOS, thank you for a great Elsweyr chapter you made and thank you for brake my game completely.
The thing is after Elsweyr happened on 4th of June (I play on xbox one x, EU server) fps drops became my best friends which never leave me alone: in buildings, in town, out of town, in dungeons. Frankly speaking I’m afraid to go to the trials and see what will happen there. More of it while I crake chests fps drops even then.
Sounds live their own lives. When I’m in combat it disappears and after combat ends it returns in 2-3 seconds the whole pile.
Some mobs learned new skill - invisibility. I mean while I’m hitting them they are not visible.
I play templar with many bright effects may be it’s the cause. The animation and sounds of “puncturing sweep” suffer most of all.
I could understand if I played on PC, you might say your old hardware is trash. But I play on the most powerful console nowadays. Also I checked it on another xbox one x and the issues are the same.
So almost a week I’m lagging, freezing and suffering instead of enjoying the game...
I hope that next maintenance will fix these issues, but very sad that you haven't tested the update fully.
