PC/NA, West Coast, No access to accounts, unable to log into game.

So, Husband and I were grouping. Both of us lock up. Both accounts are acting like they need to update, but we are getting error 210. Neither of us are able to do a repair, because that sparks a 210 as well. Currently unable to play at all.

I am unable to access my account on the ESO website, too. I get a site can't be reached error.

Our two friends are not having this problem (they are located in TX and FL).

    I am west coast Ps4 and same thing has been happening to me, got kicked, can't get back in

    Same, started at 5PM Pacific time, I am in Oregon. I can only get here by using the Patch Notes link on the splash screen, appears to be only function working at all.

    Yes, similar thread in main forum, seems to be a west coast Spectrum/Charter (me included) customer problem. There is a 1 AM statement from Spectrum about them working on it.

    Same here PS4 NA Arizona. My wife can't log into her account or mine.

    She keeps getting a message that says that she doesn't have real-time privileges and to select another account or update your privileges.

    I would not necessarily lay blame on ZOS first, as ZOS has long allowed multiple accounts from the same location or IP. Also, some people are reporting that they are having trouble with non-server access, like accessing the account website or there being a problem with the launcher messages. These things indicate, to me, some sort of issue prior to arriving at the ZOS data center.
