Been playing BG and Cyrodiil for a while now. I've noticed that many PvE sets are morphed into PvP set which makes them really powerful.
Some set combination (on sorc for example) makes them nearly impossible to kill. So i came to the conclusion that we should get proper PvP set instead of those PvE one without breaking them.
One way to do this is by adding (improving existing) PvP set that can be looted in Cyrodiil and BG. Those set fails at most of the time to go meta or BIS for pvp for many reasons.
Heavy sets disparity in terms of physical and spell resistances, bonus that heavy armor grants, ...
Also the impenetrable enchant give a lot a crit resistance imo which doesn't help too.
I think we should reduce the impenetrable enchant from 249 (epic) to something arrount 100 and make sure PvP set gives more health and more crit resistance
Also crit resistance should be changed in the CP tree (Resistant) so 100 point gives 1300 crit resistance.
btw PvP sets should only comes in light and medium only, no weapon or jewelry too
for example a set like Impregnable Armor should be morphed into
(2 items) Adds 2000 Maximum Health
(3 items) Adds 2000 Maximum Stamina
(4 items) Adds 2000 Maximum Magicka
(5 items) Adds 3000 Critical Resistance
So for an average player with full epic impenetrable, he should stands at 3700 crit resistance. if he put 100 point in resistant he got 5000 crit resist.
For someone not using this set he still get 2000 crit resistance with 100 points.
Imo this should help normalize PvP.
