Elsewyr Furnishing plan drop rates

When new content drops my play style often resembles a roomba on steroids where I open absolutely everything and leave it polished clean.

I've just realised that since the PS4 release on Tuesday I've now seen a grand total of one Elsewyr furnishing plan.

Am I just suffering more poor RNG or is that what I should be expecting?

This is through opening containers and normal drops, I've not started the pick, pick, stab cycle yet as I just want to enjoy the content first.

I've gotten several from dragon drops. That's the only place I've found them so far.

I've literally gotten SO MANY furnishing plans since Tuesday's release. I'm sorry your luck is not working with you but I feel like these drop rates are 10 times better than when Nerfmire dropped.

Only picked up a few green ones, one blue, no purple and I've been looting absolutely everything. Most of the green ones I get are dupes as well. I'm not surprised, my luck is awful with RNG.

Picked up 6 in just the new tutorial alone, including 1 purple/epic.
