Newcomer pack can be bought twice?

Hi,

As far as I see it is possible to buy Newcomer pack twice, once in TESO Store and once in Steam.
So what whould happen when it will be bought for the second time? All items will be granted again?

You can't buy it again (at least from the ESO store). The buy button is replaced with "You do not qualify for this product".

Yes, but I'm talking about ESO Store and Steam Store

If you have ESO from steam then can not buy from ESO Store.

Wrong, I bought it on ESO Store, and I can buy at at Steam too, as well as any other chapter or upgrade.
