Maintenance for the week of April 22:
• [IN PROGRESS] Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 24, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
• [IN PROGRESS] PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for patch maintenance – April 24, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
Confirmed on XBOX NA; XBox Live Status page does flag some issues related to services, but Down Detector does not show any significant spike, so maybe this is just "local" to ESO.
ZOS, could we have a confirmation that the issue is under investigation? Not wanting to state the obvious, but this is Elsweyr Launch Date + 2... hardly good for PR.

Especially since Xbox live claims games/social etc are working, it's just the ability to buy and download that's borked.

Yup, more login problems over here. Interestingly my Xbox is now half way through updating another game which just started a few minutes ago. So that functionality is back, but no ESO luck.
We ESO players play 24/7 -- I am UK-based and it's 03:54 AM here. That's because we ESO players are a community - the VERY one thing your business model is based upon and depends upon for its economic survival.
So... outages and f-ups unacknowledged by your (supposedly?) 24/7 Support Team leave said community pretty angry.
Come clean and tell us when things are going wrong -- we are a pretty decent bunch and all accept that there will always be SNAFUs. But please just don't ignore us and pretend the problem never happened.
And please start a new forum read-only category for PMs (post-mortems for the laymen among us) -- it will at the very least convince your community you DO care and are actively looking after them.
