How long are response times?

Hi, I'm not certain if anyone can give me an answer but how long are tickets usually open before being seen? I've had one for 10 hours now with no response.

I usually get the automated response within 24 hours. Then I respond to that and get another response within another 24 hours, so...........patience my friend.

If you've still not gotten a response to the ticket you've opened, you can post your ticket number in this thread. We can then check on your ticket to determine why you've not gotten a response back.
