*FIXED/SORTED* You Do Not Qualify! - Code Redemption on New Account

So I just purchased a key off of CD Keys for the base game and the Summerset expansion and made an entirely new account. For whatever reason when I try to redeem the code it tells me that I Do Not Qualify, despite it being a worldwide code. Can't think of any reason why this doesn't work so if someone could contact me soon that would be appreciated immensely!...
