    I don't know, but good luck trying to get it spayed or neutered.

    Yes. Werewolves have the ability to walk on two legs or four anyway, but since it is a supernatural curse the form somebody transforms from has no bearing on how a werewolf looks or its locomotion capabilities. A senche-raht would probably still walk on four legs because it's more natural, but eventually walk on two once they get more practice in werewolf form.
