Addon for tooltps in PVP to reflect Battlespirit?

If there's a simple way to do this, let me know lol ...I would love to see an addon which adjusted appropriate tooltips in Cyrodil/IC/BG to reflect Battlespirit nerfed values. I realize it's simple math but I mean come on...It would be decent.
