So Now What? (ESO Has Stopped Working)

I get the game crashing to a Windows message mainly when I log out of a character to the selection screen. It used to happen randomly before.

I decided to peruse the PC Technical Support forums and subsequently https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32492/
  1. My Nvidia GTX10606GB is up to date - always is
  2. My Windows 10 is always up to date
  3. I have ran this game with the graphics settings tanked and still reproduced the issue
  4. I have repaired as well as fully reinstalled the game
  5. I have ran the game without any addons, by removing them completely from the game AND by fully reinstalling the entire game, to a different hard drive, then running said client, fully reproducing the issue.

Right before I decided to type this thread, I was playing the game, got the error, pressed 'close' on the error message. Then I clicked "PLAY" on the launcher. I clicked my way to the account/password login screen. I then windowed out to look at the forums for a possible answer - again.

While reading the forums 'ESO has stopped working' came up to the top. I wasn't even in the game. I was at the password screen. So how could it be the graphics? Addons? What the hell is causing your game to die?

Help. Please. Lately I feel I could have more stability trying to run Windows 10 on a Tandy 1000.

    Full reinstall. ZERO addons:

And this is what happens with either logging off to the character selection, OR clicking QUIT at the login screen, OR just sitting idle at the login screen.

Update: I did ANOTHER full reinstall, this time to my C: drive, and also removed all local data (where the addons and saved variables and screenshots are) thinking it may have been an SSD error. No dice:

And then, since my Nvidia's GeForce Experience suggests running the game at full options INCLUDING Fullscreen (I have been Fullscreen(Windowed) I set the option accordingly. Yeah no, still errors when logging out to Character Selection screen:

At this point we recommend opening a ticket with customer support if you've not done so. The extensive troubleshooting you've done indicates the crash is not related to corrupt game files or add-on issues.

@ZOS_BillE Thank you for the reply.

I went ahead an opened that ticket. However, I think I may have discovered the issue.

Razer SDK Chroma 32 bit was showing up in Windows Error Reporting associated with ESO64.exe errors.

I do not use the Chroma part of Razer Synapse, just the Synapse program for static colors and macros/keybinds for said Razer Naga Hex v2.

In removing the Razer SDK Chroma Service in Add/Remove programs, restarting my computer so the process is no longer there, I have been unable to duplicate the problem. Seems that as much as I love my mouse, it was literally killing the game. And apparently thru Google searches, it isn't just ESO.
