Fear bug - avoid wayrest sewers

So I went a 2nd time into the wayrest sewers and the 2nd time Uulgarg feared me into a wall. Again I couldnt use /stuck or teleport or log out. I cant kill myself either. No clue why I cant, but nobody in the guild knew a way to suicide.
Which raises the question if its actually possible to do the dungeon without any bugs? So far its 100% bugged for me and Ill do the smart thing and ignore it in the future.
