Dungeon Finder - Placing users into completed instances

So far this has happened 5 times in the past 3 days. Queue up for the daily random normal dungeon, not vet, not specific, just basic random. Upon notification of a instance ready, all 4 players are transported to an already completed instance. Not a case where 1 player from a previously completed instance, we joined no one already in progress. This happens both in solo queues and when having 4 guildies or RL friends. Results in a waste of queued time and additionally places all users behind the queue buffer having to wait an additional 15 minutes before they can attempt to get into a legitimate instance.
