C key for character doesn't turn character to face you. What setting did I change?

I have four toons that when I press the C key they do not turn to face me, the rest do. I've checked camera settings, gameplay etc, and for the life of me I can't figure out what I did with those four. Anyone know how to fix it so pressing C turns your character to face you? They don't face me when I'm trying on costumes either.

Actually, you prompted me to look at my addons list. The problem was with the addon Loreplay, which I hadn't turned off for those four characters. So a BIG THANK YOU!!!!!! It's been driving me nuts
