✭✭Jode's Embrace will not be available to purchase this month, since it wasn't in the June Crown Store Showcase. Hopefully next month.
As for the cost, it's anyone's guess, but I would assume between the Orbservatory Prior price of 12k crowns (unfurnished) and Linchal's price of 14K crowns (unfurnished). I have a hard time judging sizes of the various houses, though. It's possible it could be 8K like Tel Galen.0
