Elsweyr Standard edition not in Xbox store

when I select "Standard edition" in game I'm redirected to xbox but only pre-order is available ?

Nope. The Upgrade tile/option is there but it says "Not sold separately" and only pre-purchase options are in the drop-down.

You can still purchase the pre-purchase option. It will get you the game and, in fact, will also get you the pre-purchase mount.
