Error Code 326....Plz HELP Update

Hello, I was playing in Elsweyr with my wife and 2 other group members. While waiting for everyone to get ready in group I was kicked and when I tried to log back in I received Error 326. I have no idea why I got this and submitted a ticket to support. I have yet to receive a response and now can’t access my character....all while being a Plus Member. Please resolve this issue for me. I work 12 hr days and do not have much time for gaming, that occurred within the first half hour of us gaming and ruined the whole night.

update.. Another one of my characters got locked tonight... The only thing that has changed in the last few days was that i reinstalled two mods that i used before long ago. They are AUI and skyshard.

    Their customer support leaves much to be desired! Two days now of waiting for a response, two characters now locked for NO REASON and absolutely no help fixing it. It’s a shame we pay so much for these games and their DLCs, then buy PLUS and can’t use it nor can we get help fixing their issue! Very frustrating.

    @ZOS_BillE thanks. I would like to mention that I have 4 total characters and the same thing happened to a 3rd one last night after playing for over an hr. This is so very frustrating, I’m also still waiting for a response, sure hope my account is fixed today. I bought Plus specifically to play in Elsweyr and now have lost several days of it.

    Still have not received a response! Still cannot load 3 of my characters! How can I get this resolved!!?? I’m losing days of my ESO PLUS!! Will I be refunded for the several days I’ve lost? @ZOS_BillE please let me know what’s going on.

    @ZOS_BillE it’s been 5 days since I’ve submitted my ticket, no responses other than from you telling me to check back in 24-48 hours. 5 days I’ve lost playing my ESO Plus. The weekend is here and I’ll be off work and wanting to play. What is it going to take for my 3 characters to be unlocked? Plz escalate this to someone who is going to fix it. I am really losing patience at this point.

    It’s a shame you are losing plus. They should reimburse you for your lost days. You would think with a game this popular they would have faster support. Hopefully they fix this soon.

    I appreciate you guys concern, but I know these guys and gals are busy dealing with a lot of stuff. I do want my characters unlocked badly but I'm not mad at these peeps for it happening to me. I know they are trying to figure this stuff out not just for me but others as well.
