New Camera Control Issues

While messing around trying to take some screenshots, I discovered that the camera now behaves quite strangely and undesirably when you you try looking up while in 3rd-person view! The old behavior was for the camera to simply hug the ground, which made it very easy to get more full-body images, images from unique perspectives, etc. Now, however, the camera starts auto-zooming onto the crosshairs when you try to look up, making such screenshots impossible!! Can we get a fix for this soon, please? @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Zulera301✭✭✭✭✭I second this. I thought it was an addon wigging me out at first, but it's almost like someone on the dev team hates lower bodies so much (as I've mentioned in my outfits thread before) that they don't even want us to look at our legs.
Even changing the vertical offset to maximum lowness doesn't stop this at all.
