Im a console player.

Do dragons only appear in Elsweyr?

Are there set areas that you encounter them or do they find you whilst you roam?

Do they attack in main cities and towns?

Would love to see everyone standing at Daggerfall fountain panic when a dragon appears (only if that actually happens of course)

Thanks gang!

    Dragons only appear in Elsweyr.

They spawn most anywhere in the zone.

Outdside of questlines they do not attack cities and towns.

Not really. They only spawn in 3 specific areas with several possible locations for each area. I never counted them but it should be around 10 spots in total.

You can see the areas on the map once the dragon hunt daily becomes available:

Game engine/programming. To overhaul all previous zones for dragons to appear (without screwing something up) would be a daunting endeavor. Plus, have to account for people not having Eslweyr, which is what the dragons are attached to.

such a shame, would be awesome if they did appear Elsweyr (see what i did there :P). Would love finding them being similar to finding Daedric Lords from dolmens, even if it just limited to Elsweyr, make them harder to discover and make it a surprise

That's why I said most anywhere altho you are correct on the "spawn". I've seen one north, south and mid and when they fly the kind of path the larger area.

Can they be pulled? if so I assume they have restrictions so they don't enter quest areas or towns.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

That's a shame. Imho the spawn areas should cover the majority of the zone, wwith the spots evenly spread (outside of locations were they'd be problematic ofc).

Part of it is that. The other part of it is story related.

They can't be pulled, as they don't walk. Just stand in place and fly their scripted paths.
