WTB minor sorcery

After warden and necro release, there is obviously less templars out there, and when I finally have a templar in a group, they don't seam to know what minor sorcery is. Ofc a good group and premade knows this, but I thought Zenimax tried to get more and more people to use group tool as well as "lower the ceiling and raise the floor", which is why I'm mention this. Would it be an idea to give "adaptive damage" in this case? So for example DK give minor brutality, this could be both brutality and sorcery? Honestly I have barely seen minor sorcery since I came back to the game about a month ago.

Nope, each class offers a unique buff or debuff to bring diversity into the group
(I know potions/poisons can offer these but it's not realistic to use)

Templar healers or magplar dps will easily bring minor sorcery in the group

Fyi, magplars are one of the top if not the top magicka range dps, and you're not gonna get every buff possible in 4 mans either

I know what you are saying and I do agree. I also know that zos nerfed CP and buffed unique buffs just because of this. I am talking about the majority of the players in this game do not use it or know what it is even. And zenimax want us to use group tool for example. And I use group tool every single day and the minor sorcery is completely non existent. I dont understand why I have to explain this again when its already in my post above. So you voted for no, got it.

I mean... what content are we talking? Not a templar, but tbh when I'm pugging dungeons, I pretty much go full selfish. I'm a healer and I'll wear olo, but my bars are almost all catered towards dps. I don't bother worring about giving prophecy or even combat prayer when chances are what I can contribute as myself will outweigh trying to buff strangers through a pledge without knowing if my buffs will even marginally speed things up. I think a lot of people follow this mentality, even when doing the easy pug trials.

I wouldn't get too hung up on that kind of thing, especially when pugging, and definitely in 4man content.

Same thing for me, while pugging. Just like trials or pvp or farming materials, you should have a pug build if you wanna pug properly, and that means being selfish, since you can't rely on pugs to give you buffs, sustain, heals, and so on... No need to go all the way towards a solo build, but gotta go that direction.

I usually focus, then, on getting major buffs to myself and possibly debuffs to enemies, and that's it. The rest is a side benefit for the pugs. A happy little accident, would call Bob Ross.

I always keep it up on my Magplar, so my bud who is also the healer can run combat prayer. Unfortunatly, if it's a pug, this is not always possible, as you already know.

You cant expect to get a templar in every group finder you use, you have way too high of expectations from a bunch of randoms

Most pugs dont even know what the buffs and debuffs are in this game

If eberyone can give the same buffa then just remove buffing
