Problem: Stealth set combination not as sneaky as should be

I have two characters:
(1) A Khajiit wearing 5 pieces Night Mother's Embrace and 3 pieces Night Terror, with all-medium armor, and racial stealthiness maxed out. Her detection distance from a typical NPC is 1 meter.
(2) An Argonian wearing 5 pieces Night Mother's Embrace, 3 pieces Night Terror, and 4 pieces Darloc Brae (obviously all-medium armor). She has no racial stealthiness, but she does have an additional stealth radius shrinkage from the Darloc Brae that the Khajiit doesn't have. Her detection distance from a typical NPC is 2 meters.
Why?

nsmurfer✭✭✭✭✭Case 1 - Khajiit has 3+2+2 or total of 7 meters reduction before medium armor stealth reduction.
Case 2 - Argonian has 2+2+2 or total of 6 meters reduction before medium armor stealth reduction.
Obviously Case 1 wins.
You can not reach Khajiit levels of sneakiness with any armor combination, no matter what set combination you use. Khajiit can enter true stealth with max stealth setup, in which nothing breaks their stealth, except AoEEdited by nsmurfer on June 2, 2019 3:34AM1 -
