MapPin issue - multiple addons

Hi there,
I've been trying to fix that issue for past few hours, thought i might get some help here.
So i've been playing around with some addons to help me out find psijic rifts lately and it turns out i suffer from bug in multiple addons.
I haven't used MapPins and played with destinations and some others till now, and when I installed mappins i realized there are few icons missing, just next to the filters. Tried harvest map afterwards, exactly same issue. Does anyone know what i actually have to clean to see those?...
