Jittery graphics unrelated to ping or overall FPS

Started tonight when going in game, the game (visuals and audio) would be choppy, with cut outs and pauses which are massively frustrating and, if I can't fix them, they will probably make me stop playing they are that annoying. Have tried fixes including turning Razer Synapse to offline, updating Nvidia driver, turning off unused sound device drivers etc. Am struggling to find a fix and it is happening when my ping is at 160 as muc has when it hits 240.

yes it does not matter how good your internet or PC is the game has lag that you cannot fix on your end.

Were you in Elsweyr? It's gotten REALLY bad there suddenly.

No, Craglorn and Stormhaven, as well as dungeons and BGs. Been giving Elsweyr a wide berth due to performance issues at the moment.

Would you be able to post a video showing the jittery graphical performance in game?

A video would be helpful in determining whether the issue is lag related or a frame rate issue.

Thanks for the reply, I think I've isolated it to issues with my WiFi router as it was affecting YouTube and Spotify as well, am waiting for a new Ethernet cable to come through and will record a video in here if the issue persists in ESO (where it was most notable, but that might be due to greater AV content).
