ESO PVE end game runs fine on descent gaming hardware and internet connection,

Few players faces issue sometime but this does not mean Trash Performance!

Yeah its definitly fine when you do vHoF 4th boss, turn all settings down to the lowest to get stable 30 fps during the fight on a high end system, thats the definition of fine.

Ryzen 2600x @4.1GHz, GTX1080 and 200Mbit down / 25Mbit up and I live like 300km away from Frankfurt where the EU servers are located.
Definitly must be problems on my side.
And yes im only playing on 1080p, I dont even wanna imagine playing 1440p or 4k ESO, must be pretty damn bad in trials.

I run on Nvidia 1050Ti and never have such issue, try upgrading video card driver or switch to Nvidia

... well, sorry to destroy your world... it's not the player hardware .
AND OFC, you won't have problems in (endgame) trials most of the time. That's not using:
Grp-Finder-Tool, Guild-Traders, Guild-Banks,....
In your own 12 ppl instance/phase... the world is fine... at least most of the time
