ORDER OF THE SILVER HAWK
The Order of the Silver Hawk is a Heavy RP guild on the NA-PC server. A Knightly Order like many found in High Rock, this guild strives to defend the weak and protect the innocent, seeking out dangers and rooting out monsters that local guards simply lack the manpower or experience to combat.
Our main focus as a guild is roleplay and character development; as a whole, the guild's alignment tends towards Neutral Good. Uncertain moral landscapes will be presented and navigated through RP, and most DMed events will involve more than simply beating down a beast.
HISTORY
As a response to the influx of both earthly and unearthly dangers plaguing Tamriel, a small band of monster hunters realized that their efforts would not go far without coin, supplies, and contacts, and that they might stray upon darker paths without a strict moral code to adhere to. With only a modest ship, The Silver Hawk, to their name, they sought out a patron in their home of High Rock to fund their ventures. Finding that patronage with a minor noble house, no more of interest than any of the other hundreds of petty nobles dotting the rocky green landscape, they have a foothold and now seek to expand their numbers. The Order of the Silver Hawk does not command the same level of reach, power, and funding that other Knightly Orders around High Rock may possess; they are a relatively fresh and unproven group.
Unruly brigands, encroaching Reachmen, foreign agents... these aren't the only threats facing the people of High Rock. Monsters lurk around any corner, occult disturbances abound, rumors of disturbing mysteries can be found in even the smallest of villages; not every problem can be solved with swinging a blade. The Order welcomes both aspiring knights and civilians alike, combining a variety of skills to navigate every challenge.
MEMBERS OF THE ORDER
There are three main branches of the Order: those within the knighthood, standard agents of the Order, and civilians. Though headed by different people, these three groups work together more often than not.
The Knights
Headed by the Standard Bearer, a Breton Knight, the knighthood includes both those who aspire to the title, as well as those already established and swearing themselves to the order. Squires may be trained in groups or assigned a knight to mentor under. Though a general knowledge and use of arms, armor, and horsemanship is expected of the knights, it is common for members to favor different weaponry, and no single weapon is standard.
The Agents
Headed by the Captain of the Silver Hawk, a Redguard ex-privateer, the agents of the Order include combatants who do not fall under a knightly banner, or who would prefer not to swear any oaths of service. Scouts, informants, battle-mages, combat medics and more can be found working under this branch. It doesn't take shiny armor and a chivalric code to help hunt down a monster.
The Civilians
Overseen by both the Standard Bearer and Captain, the civilians include sailors, craftsmen, healers, and any other individual who tend not to engage in combat roles and provide invaluable support to the Order as a whole. Though most of these members may choose not to fight, they are not strictly non-combatants.
OVERVIEW
Tl;dr: A neutral good Order of monster hunters with knight, general agent, and civilian branches. Sworn to protect the innocent.

Focus: Heavy RP
Age Requirement: 18+
Location: High Rock is our home, but our travels may extend farther to root out dangers facing all peoples.
Combat Style: Roll-based is standard, individuals can agree on other methods.
Werewolves and Vampires: Werewolves and vampires are not openly welcome; characters must either hide it or expect to be removed. Monsters will be treated as monsters; if you want to experience the misery of being a Daedric-afflicted individual struggling with their curse and the pain of knowing that your fellow members would despise you and even try to kill you if they knew, you've come to the right place.
Other players and guilds: As we are a monster-hunting guild, we are aware that this makes us
antagonists to many players who RP monsters. We will never hunt a player without permission, and most of the mysteries, investigations, etc. that we RP will be DMed with redshirts/NPCs. That said, if you're interested in collaboration, frenemy RP, games of cat and mouse, and so on, don't hesitate to send me a message! I've played both guards and criminals, both monsters and monster hunters, I like a fair give and take.
