I keep running into this odd issue since v5.0.6, so far I have only been playing a Necromancer so I cannot say if this affects other classes - others please confirm. In a nutshell when an enemy slows (snares) you it will normally wear off. Now, it sometimes bugs out causing Walk/Run to stay slowed to the same speed & stays active and usually will not go away unless you leave the area. It is very annoying, especially in group activities. So far, I have personally experienced it in both Public and Group dungeons multiple times.
