What is going on with ZOS, deleting and shutting people down when they critic you

As the title says...

There are numerous people beeing banned or mutes, as you prefer, for exposing how imcompetent ZoS are regarding EU server.

So instead of working on giving your CUSTOMERS an explanation you keep deleting threads and muting people...

Is it to keep the forum clean so new players don't get to see how bad you are, and leave before you can rip them off?

They can't just say that they don't care.
Game is unplayable at prime time. And this lags and high ping(i get like +50 than normal ones) after elsweyr patch just a joke.

ZOS doesn't ban or lock for constructive feedback.

Abusive, spamming, duplicate topics or other reason a thread/post might break rules do however result in those outcomes.

If you want any evidence of that just check all the threads and comments people have made which are very critical but in a constructive way which are still open and public.

Opening one topic is fine. Someone opened like a dozen of them yesterday to be a troll. That’s why they locked everything, not criticism. People criticize ZOS daily.

Just do it in one place without using any magic words.

That person only bumped old topics with criticism that were never answered. This was done to prove a point: that ZoS is ignoring EU players.
No new topics were created.

Comenting on older topics is against the rules? I don't think so...

Don't need to get upset mate and all the others. It sucks, however its still a game and I am confident more or less that they are working on it. However buying new servers (loads of meetings), having them manufactured and delivered (take between 1 months up to 8), and they having them implemented does take time. They came out they are in the process of this, what more can they do on this moment?

There's a stark difference between having a coordinated, well-thought out and constructive criticism of any aspect of the game versus ZOS sucks because I said so and people agree with me. Op needs to move on to a different game as it's clear you hate ZOS, ESO, and anything BGS/ZOS does. It's not constructive to simply bash and send the message the game is a dumpster fire and ZOS "scams new people".

Give me a break. I don't defend the issues with ESO but I don't blindly bash ZOS. Be the adult in the room.

I'll be recommending this thread be closed as it's nothing more than a bait thread.

Maybe if OP wasn't constantly combative, insulting and generally seeking to bait and flame others or insult ZOS versus having intelligent debates, people would actually take complaints seriously.

Best way to show the number of past threads on a subject is to make a list of links in a new thread of all those threads.
That way no excuse to call necro or bump.

if I pay for a product I demand a working one, if it has a defect I ask for a refund, since a refund here it not possible, then they have to fix the product... or they are scamming people, simple as that, false advertising over social media, etc... I have fill a EU complaint form against Zenimax media LTD for false advertisement. Just waiting on the answer.

Not meant sarcastically, just that every time someone says they do this, we never hear back on what actually happens.
I would one day actually like to know if these fail and how/why or if something actually gets looked into.

Critique, and feedback is vastly different from insulting rants.

"Exposing incompetence" is itself an insult. Unless you too are a video game developer, you have no legitimate basis to judge a developers competence in their field.

well I don't know where you from, but if I ring Vodafone where I live regarding cable problems, they fix it on the next day and sometimes even in the same day...
