Murkmire Dead Water Village POI not unlocking

Hello you legends,
So I am running through Murkmire quickly and I've done the entire map, but I have one thing not allowing me to unlock which is the Dead Water Village Point of Interest! I am standing as I type this right in the middle of the town. I cannot get anymore inside than inside the house icon on the map, yet nothing is unlocking to say I've found it. Any idea?
