Upgrading to Digital Collector's Edition

Hello, my friend gifted me the base newest xpac (I had to redeem code on the eso website) but I have the game on steam and run it via that way. everything worked just fine but how do I upgrade to CE without forking over full retail price? if that's at all possible? either on the website or via steam? Any reply would be most appreciated.

hate to say it but you may be out of luck.... for summerset if i recall correctly there was a upgrade option in the store for 1 or 2 days and then until recently (the launch of elswyr) you had to purchase the full game again to upgrade as there was no option available.

i did hear about random guildies being able to contact support and support gave them the option to trade 3k crowns for the upgrade when it wasnt availible... but when i tried i didnt get a support member that would do it so eh

I'll try to contact support about it at the very least...only thing I really want is the dragon bone style...is that even obtainable in game at least..? also..where can i contact support..?

theres a support tab on the top left of the forums.. as for if the motif is in game to learn the style id o not know, havent done much questing outside the main quest in the new area

There is an option to wait a year until next expansion and buy collector's pack from the crown store
