Can't deconstruct jewelry from last patch?

I have included a screenshot to show that I have these items in my inventory, they are not locked in any way.

It's clear that these pieces came after summerset just by looking at their names.
But here you can see they do not show up in the deconstruction list at a crafting station.

Is this a known bug that will get fixed soon, or am I going to have to just toss them to make the bag space available again?

You apparently have some not-100% perfect filter addon, seeing that "Filter text" and editbox out of position.
Make sure your Advanced Filters is up to date, if that doesn't help and so doesn't switching the subfilter ("All" on your picture) back and forth, try disabling filter addon(s).

Honestly, I should have tried that first. But the fact that new jewelry I acquire post update will show up in the deconstruction list just fine, I ruled that out as the issue.

Purple exemplary pieces are not deconnable. They are “exemplary” because they’re meant as examples to be studied (i.e. for research). You can sell these to vendors or on guild stores if you don’t have a need for them yourself. They have a much higher vendor value (500) than other purple jewelry pieces to make up for the lack of potential mats.

As for the white ones, I’d think an add-on issue. All white pieces should be deconnable.
