God of Scheme(Main quest) broken?

I can't get to the Molag Bal fight because I keep dying from fall damage. Is there any solution to this?

I'm very stressed right now and I just want to hear he dialogue from Tharn about the Amulet, but this is really holding me back and bugging me.

Do you mean when Molag Bal picks you up? Are you using the synergy to burn him with your superhero beam? I've never tried waiting it out but perhaps if you don't use the synergy you die... Or are you burning him as usual, then when he drops you and the final fight is supposed to start you die from fall damage? If that's the case, I don't know, I've completed the main quest on a number of characters and never had that happen. New bug, maybe?

If you're at the open bridge part, wait until there's a synergy prompt 'Aedric Command' it'll summon a bridge.

Otherwise what Daemonios said.

Also this probably goes without saying but this quest doesn't require you to jump off anything, so don't.

bf has the same issue. molag bal picks his character up, he uses the synergy, then he falls to his death with 65k fall dmg, unavoidable. submitted a ticket so will see what response he gets

After Molag Bal grabs you, I activated the synergy to destroy him and then I fall to death.

I've completed this a few tomes and the bug came up right after the last patch.
